I've never had luck getting anyone on the phone at a Quest Diagnostics lab center, but since this is a healthcare clinic, you can try calling for information or making an appointment.  They may only accept walk-in traffic at this center since there is no scheduling button when visiting the following website:

Here you can put in your zip code to find the closest lab location and schedule your appointment online.  We hope this news is helpful for all of you that have had to drive a great distance in the past to have your blood drawn for lab testing. 

Due to increased patient volume, rescheduling of regularly scheduled appointments is becoming a problem for those who do not complete their labs in a timely manner.  Please keep in mind that rescheduling a follow-up appointment can now take up to up to 30 to 60 days.  An offered reschedule appointment will be held for 24 hours.  After 24 hours it may be offered to another patient.  Please remember that Dr. Phillips does NOT refill prescriptions beyond regularly scheduled appointments.
